We are a non profit organization that monitors the Lower Muskingum Watershed from Philo to Marietta. The Lower Muskingum Watershed is located in 4 counties (Washington, Morgan, Noble and Muskingum) and includes all the tributaries (streams and rivers) that flow into the Muskingum River in these counties. The FLMR members and other volunteers will be testing the water for things such as: pH, flow, turbidity, Dissolved oxygen and conductivity. This is so we can get an overall sense of the water quality in that stream. We would like your permission to do so, if needed, to take the water sample on your property.
